I love these Delta-8 gummies. I do not “smoke weed” anymore…and haven’t for many years. I always start slow if I haven’t been using THC regularly. Half a gummy, then work my way up. I actually love to “microdose” half or less for everyday use, just to feel more relaxed, less anxious, less irritable, and just overall calmness and better mood.

I also use them for sleep because I suffer from insomnia due to anxiety and all-over body aches from early onset osteoarthritis and issues with my spine. In that case, I would eat a full one or even 2 and sleep like a baby.
